The operation currently has an approximate production capacity of 6,000 tons per month in bulk. POTENTIAL OF THE MINING RESOURCE Silica sand is a resource of great importance to various industrial sectors and has been identified within policies related to the energy transition. The produced material exhibits industrial-grade characteristics: Silica: 99.3% Iron: < 0.1% Product suitable for various industrial applications, subject to the specifications and processes required by each market. The property includes the land where part of the ore is located and the area currently associated with mining operations. MINING CONCESSION AGREEMENT The transaction includes a Mining Concession Agreement covering an area of 45 hectares, with a term of 30 years, renewable for an additional 30 years, in accordance with applicable legislation. Furthermore, the operation has the required environmental components for the development of mining activity, with current environmental permits and obligations. The buyer must conduct due diligence on the documentation and legal, mining, and environmental status prior to closing the transaction. INFRASTRUCTURE AND PRODUCTION PLANT The sale includes the infrastructure and equipment used for crushing and handling the material. Crushing Plant The system includes, among other components: Feed hopper. Vibrating plate. Primary crushing system. Impact crusher. Conveyor belts. Integrated system for feeding, crushing, and transporting material. Installed Capacity The plant has an approximate crushing capacity of: 80 to 100 tons per hour.
